You do not register/submit keywords to search engines unless you are running a pay per click (PPC) campaign.
You should look at each page, decide what the page is about and what you would like it found for, then make sure that the phrase(s) you want to be found for are in the

I believe that you have to submit keywords on your own site. I don’t think you do that on Yahoo.
