I’d recommend a multi-tiered approach. I don’t know your site address (feel free to email me for further analysis) – but I assume your primary goal is “traffic”. Profits form AdSense requires huge amount of relevant traffic.
Assuming you have budget, PPC and SEO would be a good start, but you should start with the “basics” first. Don’t waste your money by just plowing it into a PPC Google AdWords program without the proper research, landing page, etc.
