I have a halloween costume business and I have 200 domain names related to my business with great articles written for each domain. Would it be a better for seo purposes to create 200 one page sites to seo with sites like google or would it better to create one big site with the 200 articles having the domains have a 301 redirect to the specific page in the site I would create. For me I can do both in the same amount of time so for me it is more about getting ranked in Google, Yahoo and Bing?

A one page site probably isn’t going to rank for much other than the exact match of the domain, if that. Also, promoting 200 sites will be a nightmare.
So I would suggest creating one large site with many pages. The one exception is that if some of the domains are very good – ie, exact matches of valuable keywords, it might be worth building those out into more substantial sites as well.
1 Domain with 200 article and your appropriate keyword would be “Halloween costume”.
Ensure to sprinkle the keyword above at least one time in Article Title and Body for all your 200 article.

32 Domain and 1 master Domain and each of them have 5 to 6 article/pages. Use the Keyword above and link the 32 domain to the master domain to nominate your master domain to become relevant to the keyword Halloween costume
Both technique when couple with YSM and Google Adwords would be great.
